Well I have to admit, I spend quite a bit of time on Facebook keeping up with friends, reconnecting and just wasting time.
Today I noticed a new button on Facebook’s homepage which is a bid to replace Google as my home page and show me Facebook.
Here’s what the beg looks like….

I have to say that I was hoping for a slightly different “summary” interface for the page – but it’s all good.
So right now I am immediately switching back to Google for one important reason.
When I open my browser I’m usually on a mission. The last thing I need is distraction – or even to forget why I opened the browser in the first place.
But, if I wasn’t working all the time I’d probably keep it.
Happy New Year and may 2011 bring you much success.
